hoe version 2.14.0 has been released!
Hoe is a rake/rubygems helper for project Rakefiles. It helps you
manage and maintain, and release your project and includes a dynamic
plug-in system allowing for easy extensibility. Hoe ships with
plug-ins for all your usual project tasks including rdoc generation,
testing, packaging, and deployment.

- .rdoc files are now automatically added to the extra_rdoc_files
list. - Added Hoe#read_manifest
- Added check_manifest to the prerelease task to prevent broken

- Hoe#with_config merges the local and home configuration atop
Hoe::DEFAULT_CONFIG to allow plugins to supply new defaults. - The readme_file and history_file are now automatically guessed from
