Help with heroku and amazon s3 and paperclip

Well, as the subject, I want to use those 3. Problem is I don’t want to
use
amazon s3 in development, I want to use it only on heroku.

How do I do that?

If you’re in development now, then just use what you need by setting up
Herku.
Heroku has some really good docs on getting up and running. Thus, I
would recommend starting there.
