I’ve installed file_column from subversion. Supposedly, there is rdoc
generated documentation, but I can’t find it anywhere.
The question I have is fairly simple, though. If the file being sent to
me doesn’t meet certain criteria, I put a message in flash, stop the
save, and redisplay the form. All fields have their value restored
EXCEPT THE FILENAME in the file_column_field. I know that the value was
saved as I can see it in the hidden field in the form source.
What’s needed to get that value displayed again so the user can correct
his errors and continue?
