is there anybody knows about cucumber and some good resources about
learning
cucumber to use it ruby? is it best for testing?

The RSpec Book by David C. is an excellent introduction. The
cucumber wiki is, itself, a good source of information, though you’ll
rather spend a lot of time piecing together a coherent narrative.

is it best for testing?

I’m afraid that’s not really an answerable question.

Yes, this is not an answerable question but I have to learn about
cucumber
only for rails, last night I have installed it!

as mentioned by @brian Cucumber wiki itself is a good source to get
started
with it. and there are couple of good blogs available who are talking
about
it.
