When I returned from a short vacation I found that my first Rails app
I had just finished and which I left ? I thought ? in perfect working
conditions had thrown the towel all together. It now times out with
the message “Application error ? Rails application failed to start
properly”.
I have no yet clue as to what may have caused the app’s change of mind.
Hopefully someone here can tip me off!
Some information:
It’s hosted on a Dreamhost shared hosting account
It’s set up following their leads at http://wiki.dreamhost.com/
index.php/Rails
It doesn’t use any gems
The logs don’t get touched anymore, so there’s nothing to learn from
them
