Hi brothers i am sreekanth. today i joined this group.

Actually my problem is i need to display the date in a select list. but
default date format is yyyy-mm-dd, how come i customize this format, as
i am using acts_as_dropable plug to get the date…

Look up strftime in the Ruby documentation.
