Gtk::Tooltips

Hi,

shouldn’t the Gtk::Tooltips API in the wiki been marked as deprecated,
with a hint to the new Gtk::Tooltip API in Gtk::Widget and Gtk::Tooltip.
Also the link from the main Gtk page should go to Gtk::Tooltip instead
to Gtk::Tooltips.
