We should make sure we are done on Thursday though. Waiting until the
last minutes risks TZ issues :slight_smile:

I’ll be at WSR 12 this week, but I think we have most of the fields in
the application filled in. We need to come up with a student application
template, which should look something like this:

Tom, can you go over the application and fix my English and add content
as you see fit.

Refining the idea list and adding contact info for the ideas would be
good.

Sure, I’ll review the application. I think we can easily work off the
student application form provided to make it relevant to our projects.
