Chandan,
you have to be a bit more verbose when posting for the first time like
this, you should at least state the topic of the proposal.
A quick glance at your proposals exposes a couple of deficits. Mainly,
- deliverables are not clearly defined
- it is unclear what the benefits for the project are
- You cite no previous work.
Read the GSoC pages carefully, then reiterate.
