Hi,

A couple of questions:

  • Good detail on your deliverables!
  • Do you have access to a real VNA to compare results with the GR solution?

More generally what hardware do you have access to or can you get by
yourself ? Just to know what we would need to provide.

Hi Mitul,

one suggestion regarding the output of the VNA: since you do scattered
parameters calculation, you may want to include also b, Y, h, z (I think
you calculate this) parameters output. Here is an old Agilent app note
with formulas between those parameters in appendix B:

I’m not sure how the GSOC thing works, but if there is anything I can do
to help make this project happen, let me know!

This very idea has been on my “some day” shelf for far to long…
