Gr_modtool.py bug?

I tested gr_modtool.py utility the other day on howto.

Great job!

I found out that after adding and deleting a block
(named “myblocktest”) the entry from
swig/howto.i was not deleted.
In particular the line

#include “howto_myblocktest.h”

was the one that was not deleted.
