Contrary to my prior email, the forces of goodness have prevailed, and
we cut release 3.0.2 instead re-releasing 3.0.1. So:

…are the “unofficial” release tarballs, or rather, they are the
official tarballs in an unofficial place. These will be uploaded to the
GNU Project mirror system in the next day or so.
