I just pushed glassfish gem 1.0.3.beta.1 to rubygems.org. Use ‘jruby -S
gem install glassfish --pre’ to get it.

Some changes (in no particular order):
- Fixed: JRUBY-4752 (Glassfish fails on 1.5.0.RC1 with “-d” option)
- Change: Log level can now be a string (“info”, “all”, etc.)
- Change: Allow daemonization on Mac OS X.
