In Sept 2008 there was some talk in a post on this list of creating a
Generic Performance Primitives Library [1], an open source
re-implementation of the Intel Integrated Processing Primitive (IPP)
library. I’ve googled that name but didn’t come up with anything.
I’m curious - does anyone here know the status of that project?
