Generate data with data rate 3.84*10^6

hi ,

I have usrp 1 and i want to transmit 3.84*10^6 bit per second , is this
Possible ? and if it possible how to generate this data rate ?

Of course you can do that. It’s called ‘resampling’. You should read
up on digital signal processing (you might want to look here:
http://gnuradio.org/redmine/projects/gnuradio/wiki/SuggestedReading)
and should clear things up.
