Hi all,
When running Ruby and it goes through its initialisation, things like
setting up the load path, does it need to read the gemspecs of the
installed gems in order to work out some stuff, or has this been taken
care of during the installation phase? (through convention, perhaps)
Any insight is much appreciated.
