Gem Rmagick install problem on Linux

I get the following error when I try to install Rmagic (via gem) on
Linux. Do I need to install anyting before installing rmagic? This
worked seamlessly on windows. What the best way to install it on Linux.
I am on RedHat ES 3. /thanks
