Gem mirror rubyforge.iasi.roedu.net not working

Anybody know what the proper procedure is for reporting a rubyforge
gem mirror not working? (i.e. rubyforge.iasi.roedu.net) It appears
that it hasn’t updated since the 16th.

I get this too
