FM radio station

I have an USRP1, basic Tx, basic Rx, power amplifire(ZHL-3A-s+)and low
noise amp(ZFL-1000LN+)and two VERT400 Antenna(Includes one VERT400 144
MHz, 400 MHz, and 1200 MHz Tri-band omni-directional vertical antenna)

so i will make FM radio station , help me pleas.

and In the Transmitter circuit do we need to use a pre-Amplifier between
the
basic Tx and the power Amplifier ( ZHL-3A-S+) ??

In the Receiver circuit do we need to use an Anttenuoater between the
basic Rx and the Low noise Amplifier ( ZFL-1000LN+) ??
