File_column in production mode

hi,

I have this problem wherein i’m not able to display the images in
production
mode after the upload using file_column.it does upload the file but
not able to display the images.it does not throw any error also in the
log.
is there something that i’m misssing ??
it does display the images in the developement mode .
can anybody help??

does the web server have access to
public/wherever_file_column_puts_files ?
