Are you deliberately excluding all the Ruby experts who aren’t Rails
developers?

Good question. I am sort of confused as well.

a.) Here he says articles on “Ruby”
b.) But he posted it on the Ruby on Rails mailing list
c.) But the Jobs page says “PHP & RoR”, not PHP & Ruby
