Exit Flowgraph on error

Hello,

I am using GNURadio with an DVB-T Stick.
Is there a way to tell GNURadio to exit the flowgraph when an error
occurs. For example if there occurs an error with the RTL, currently
GNURadio outputs the error, but keeps running.

Unfortunately, no. This is an old and known issue:

The solution to which requires some deep surgery.
