Errors when installing Rails

#1

I’m using Fedora Core 3.

Here’s what I get when trying to install Rails…

gem install rails --include-dependencies

Successfully installed rake-0.7.1
Successfully installed activesupport-1.4.1
Successfully installed activerecord-1.15.2

Since I’m brand new at this, I’ve no idea if everything is working
right. Anybody else get this error?

Thanks,

I don’t know how, but rdoc doesn’t seem to be installed with your ruby
installation.
You can choose to bypass rdoc installation with:

gem install rails -y --no-rdoc

Give it a spin and see what happens.

There was only one Road; that it was like a great river: its springs
were at every doorstep, and every path was its tributary.
