Errors in this file (tcphack.rb)

hi all,

i can not speak english well.

my os is ubuntu ,

unbuntu update was yesterday.

and then does not work.

this is mongrel error

caused by the os update is going on?

i don’t understand this error

it seems like you have another mongrel running on the port you tried to
start it up on: Address already in use - bind(2)
(Errno::EADDRINUSE). Try shutting down the other server process that’s
in
the way or start the new one up on a different port.
