Email sending issue with ar_mailer + rails 2.3.5

Hi,
I am using rails 2.3.5, for simple Action mailer the emails are getting
sent
without an error.
For ar_mailer, I am following all the settings as per given here

I want to send emails by smtp.
My settings are

config.action_mailer.perform_deliveries = true
config.action_mailer.raise_delivery_errors = true
config.action_mailer.delivery_method = :active_record

config.action_mailer.smtp_settings = {
:address => “smtpout.secureserver.net”,
:port => 25,
:domain => “abcd.com”,
:authentication => :plain,
:user_name => “[email protected]”,
:password => “abcd”,
:tls =>false
}

When I am giving console command, ar_sendmail
it gives as error as
5xx error sending email 18, removing from queue: “554 Message
refused.\n”(Net::SMTPFatalError):
