Dynamical change of proxy

Hi,

I would like to open IE with predefine proxy settings.
Idea is to open webpage from different IPs. So I wanted to
use some free proxy and I do not know how to change it dynamically.

to shorten the story

open IE with proxy no1
close it
open IE with proxy no2 close it
etc…

I am new in ruby… I can not find anything on web.

You may get some traction by changing registry settings between runs.
