Dynamic content, fastcgi, server stop reponse!

I running 1000 php process to serve user download file content! i was
start testing nginx a few weeks ago! i am also running 70+ servers
serving php download content!

I do not use nginx on any of my server right now! reason:

nginx only support fastcgi, do not support php itself! we need php only
support! not fastcgi! some dynamic content will cause server overload!
and we do not want to use buffer!

if u say i am a server engineer, if nginx can only run wordpress… then
it is not a web server! it is a wordpress server…

nginx and php use incompatible execution model. That’s why php most
likely will never be integrated into nginx.

I’m afraid the only way at the moment is to run it over fastcgi or
proxy.

This would make no difference! FastCGI is not the bottleneck! Your
application is!

You should write your application to be more efficient! You should
also learn to not blame others for your own failings! No one said
Nginx is only for Wordpress! Have a good day!

Sigh. The price of growing popularity.

bvc100x please present a valid technical reason then for why you would
want
php support in the nginx binary.

Fact of the matter is there are several people using nginx and many of
them
do NOT want it.

In the end this is free software, if you do not like it. Then use
something
else.

i running a daily multi-millions visitor website!
only 2k website is biggest than me! and most of the are large company
like wordpress!
i am solo, mean i do everything! server, development, design, support!
u guy think i’m some kind of newbie?

I am SO happy that nginx won’t include PHP in it’s execution model. I
love
nginx and hate PHP!

Valery gave a very brief but decisive reason as to why this won’t and
CAN’T be done. I’m not exactly sure either what you are looking for
here? Are you expecting them to add it just because you demand it?
Furthermore without even a technical reason to do so. Thank you for
