Doubt in selenium test

hi guys

i want to know how to enter date value from (java script calendar pop
up window).
can u guyz plz tell me how to do this in selenium test. ie(what command
should i use for this?)

note: i want to select/enter date value by clicking the calendar pop up
window & i want to change the month & year setting.

Have you tried using the selenium IDE? This records the actions you
preform as you do them in the browser.
