Does Thor gem is alive?

Hello all !

I noticed that, there are more than 100+ issues in thor gem.
(GitHub - rails/thor: Thor is a toolkit for building powerful command-line interfaces.), and a lot of pull requests without
reviewing it.

If it is not supported now(or there are less maintainers than needed for
a such popular gem), can anybody , which have a lot of experience in
ruby, make fork of this to support it?

While not overly active, I don’t think it is dead.

My guess is that the main author simply can not close all those issues
easily.

Just because a project is slow going does not mean it is dead!
