I plan to add documentation to the RbConfig module.
rbconfig.rb is generated during the ruby build by mkconfig.rb so I
intended to write the documentation in mkconfig.rb.
But I think it would not appear in the RDoc html-based doc. Is there a
way to write documentation for RbConfig that can appear in the RDoc
html-based doc?
