Difference between USRP RIO and Ettus USRP X310

I am planning to test some of my physical layer algorithms on SDR.
I compared these two USRPs , though Ettus is part of NI now and features
of
these devices are almost same, still there is huge variation almost
double
in price which I am not able to justify!

What are additional benfits of NI USRP RIO over X310?

Jay,

The USRP RIO is an X310 with 2 daughterboards included. That covers
part
of the price difference. The USRP RIO also includes some LabVIEW
software
and local support from NI people in your country. If you intend to use
GNU
Radio, you are probably better off getting the Ettus R. version.
