relationships in general (not necessarily Rails-specific)?

It’s not about Oracle very much, as I remember it. It’s all about schema
design and normalization. Great book!

This is my favorite (non-book) read on the topic. Its a great primer
IMO. You get normalization for free! (At least to 3rd normal form…)
