Curious - Why Warbler pulls gems from cache folder

Anyone know why Warbler grabs gems from GEM_PATH/cache instead of
GEM_PATH/gems?

I don’t know the reason why it does, but it’s the behavior of RubyGems
“gem unpack” command that does this. Probably the command name
“unpack” gives some clue…
