Cucumber Automation: Issue with ansicon.exe and ruby

When installing ansicon v.1.3.2 and running a cucumber feature file, I
get the following output:

‘Ruby interpreter (CUI) 1.9.3p194 [1386-mingw] has stopped working’

When uninstalling ansicon and running cucumber I get the test running
without coloured output.

Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this issue? Thanks.

Kind Regards,
Rahul Dixit

In addition I get the following error message when raising command
prompt:
ANSICON: cmd.exe: unsupported process.
ANSICON: parent process type is not supported.

Any responses would be much appreciated.

Hi Rahul, why do you install an old version of ansicon?

I follow this link http://adoxa.3eeweb.com/ansicon/and I find a newer
version, try it.

I suggest you this

Hi Gianluca,

I have installed also the latest version v1.5.3 and get the same issue.
Any further help will be much appreciated, as I will have to continue
without colour output on cucumber.

Thanks,
Rahul
