Create a form in rails

hi
i want to create a form which shud have following components:-
textboxes
checkboxes
radio buttons
submit and reset button
and very important dropdown box
dropdown box should be connected to recodset.

please provide me the best tutorial or some sample project.

Are you sure you’re cut out for this?
About 20% of that page refers to select boxes…
