Count errors by http code

Hello all,

I guess this is not the first time you hear this question :
I would like to know if there’s a way to setup counters on http codes.

I know this is feasable with some kind log analyser like splunk or
logstash/kibana
but what i want is something running on a standalone server.
A module ? a script ?

It would be wonderfull if i could use it with collectd
