Could you give some advise how to see data from file_sink?

Hi,

I am trying to see data from usrp_siggen.py,
but it seems like plot is mixture of I and Q, and not clear as using
usrp_oscope.py
Could you tell me how to see clear one channel waveform using Matlab?
