CORDIC explanation paper missing

Hi all

In the USRP Documentation file which I got from gnuradio.org there is a
link
to some paper which is “good for understanding the CORDIC” (page 31),
and
the link http://web.njit.edu/~hkj2/CORDIC.pdf is given. Unfortunately
link
doesn’t work anymore, so I wonder if someone has it and could upload the
file to somewhere? Or just send to my email?

I’ve used that paper, too, to great success. We should probably add it
as a reference in the code.
