Dear all,
I’m a beginner in GNU Radio; I just want to discover the software and
try to realize some applications with my USRP1 hardwares.
My USRP 1 are composed by daughter boards XCVR2450 2.4GHz and 5GHz
transceiver.
I’m trying to transmit a file between two computers with the USRP1 but
it is not working. I’m using GSMK modulation.
You can find attached the pictures of my transmitter and receiver.
I don’t receive anything. Am I forgetting something?
Is there a specific procedure to test the USRP1 hardware?
I’m using the programs benchmark_tx.py and benchmark_rx.py to know if my
USRP are well connected. But I don’t know what is the meaning of the
true and false answers. Can someone help me?
In the project that I want to implement (spectrum sensing), I want to
focus on implementing specific algorithms rather than python coding due
limited time and the fact that I am not familiar with python coding. Do
you think it is better use USRP2 and matlab, if anyone have tried it,
please let me know about your experience?
