Configuring a project Created in Rails 3.0.3 and ruby 1.9.2?

hello,
i am new to Ruby on Rails . I have to work on a project which is
created in Rails 3.0.3 and ruby 1.9.2 and the backend in MongoDB with
Mongoid and i have to configure that project onto my local machine.
Can some one Please tell me how to run that project in my local
machine.
