Compile nginx for windows

Hi,all:

   I have an urgency  task and I need to compile nginx  with my own

http moudle for windows,I know cygwin can help me but if i want to use
nginx on windows independent of the .dll file of cygwin,I need only
one .exe file ,what should I do?Thank you very much.

nginx/Windows sources are available in SVN, however, I do not want
to support a builing procedure.

I need your help.I want to compile nginx for windows.Now,I had compile
version 0.8.55,but, when I run it in WINDOWS 2003 SP2,it prints some
errors,like this:
