Are there any commercial Rails based CMS? I searched but I have not
found any. Any pointer?

What do you mean by commercial?
http://yikesite.com is a hosted CMS that charges a small monthly fee.
I haven’t used it myself, but I have heard only good things about it.

At Nedforce we will be releasing our enterprise CMS shortly. It’s the
system that’s up at http://www.deventer.nl, a top 20 municipality in the
Netherlands. What are the kind of features that you are looking for?
