Just in case anybody missed this ticket in the flood of automated
spam tickets lately (I did) - Jon Gretar discovered that comments are
having blog_id set to 0. This means the comment feed won’t be
updated. I wondered why it was broken.

Definitely in r1054 and possibly for a while in trunk.
