Code Editor for Ruby both .rb and .rhtml

Greetings all,

Has anyone made an editor for Ruby on Rails yet??

I know scite works with the .rb files well, but not with the .rhtml
files.
Is there something out there that works well with both trys of files.
The views includes as well as the code level.
