CIC is allways on?

Hi,

I would like to know if the CIC filter in the FPGA is allways working,
i.e., if I use a decimation of 4 is the decimation done by the 2
halfband filters or by the CIC?

I’m using a USRP2 with a Raw Ethernet FPGA image.
