It seems that with Capistrano’s cold_deploy, it uselessly calls restart,
THEN spinner. The errors displayed during the restart attempt don’t
cause Capistrano to bail, but it seems like bad default behavior to be
calling restart in cold_deploy. I guess rewrite the cold_deploy task
myself…
