Can't unsubscribe from list

First and foremost I apologise profusely for having to place this here.
I signed up to this list with the alias you can see above. I then told
hotmail this was another email account of mine. So this allowed it to
appear as if emails were sent from this address. However, this is not
playing nicely with the ML system. I cannot use any commands whatsoever.
I can’t get help, I can’t change the email and I can’t unsubscribe.
I emailed the human admin account and tried in ruby on freenode. To no
avail.
I blame my impatience.
