I’m trying to submit a patch but any time I try to submit the new
ticket form I get a “412 Precondition Failed” error (“The
precondition on the request for the URL /radiant/newticket evaluated
to false”). Doesn’t matter which browser I use.

This is a problem with my Web host. It means that you are using a word
which isn’t allowed in an HTTP post. It could be something as simple as
FTP.
