Can't install sqlite3-ruby gem to work with rails 3

Hello everyone , I just installed Rails 3 and I’m aiming to play with
it. But when I try to install the sqlite3-ruby gem I get this

Enterprise Edition.

ubuntu% gem install sqlite3-ruby

you may be missing the sqlite3 dev package, try:

sudo aptitude install libsqlite3-dev
