When you configure the gnuradio build, there are a lot of checks for
libraries and headers and a component summary at the end.
If gr-uhd is not a configured component, this usually means that the
package config file for uhd cannot be found or the libraries/headers are
not in a standard place.
Can you post the verbose for the gnuradio configure?
What install prefix did you use for uhd?
(default is /usr/local, same as gnuradio)
